**Schedule is Wednesday through Sunday from 5:30pm-1am. Availability for all 5 days needed to be considered for the job position.**

Position Summary:
Kumiko is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Polisher to support the team by ensuring our glassware and plates meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role is crucial to maintaining the visual and functional integrity of our service and overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Polish and inspect all glassware to ensure it is spotless, smudge-free, and free of defects

• Handle delicate glassware with extreme care and precision

• Organize and restock polished glassware for efficient service flow

• Wash and polish certain dishes and ensure they are spotless, smudge-free, and free of defects

• Organize and restock plates into the kitchen

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dish station and bar support area

• Communicate proactively with the bar and service teams about glassware needs

• Support side work and closing duties as assigned
