Job Details

Caviar Bar/Raw Bar
 Responsible for cold food items prepared in our caviar bar. Responsible for maintaining a sanitary kitchen work station. Assists in production of all cured, preserved, pickled items.
Plating and garnish of caviar and smoked fish, crudos. Shucking and presentation of raw oysters.
Requirements
Proven working experience as a culinarian
Excellent knowledge in Culinary Arts
Computer literacy
Knowledge of a second language is a plus
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Must have food handler’s certification
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and navigate stairs. Crouch and bend, stand for the entirety of the shift.
Will be working in an open kitchen environment, so customer service is a priority
 
Pantry/ Prep Cook
Responsible for cold food items prepared in our kitchen. Portions and prepares cold food items such as salads, cold appetizers, desserts, sandwiches, salad dressings and cold banquet platters. Responsible for maintaining a sanitary kitchen work station. Assists in production of all cured, preserved, pickled items. Doughs, dumplings, and dressings.

Wood Burning Grill Cook
Responsible for grilled, broiled or roasted items prepared in our kitchen. Portions food items prior to cooking, such as steaks or fish fillets. Other duties include carving and portioning roasts, plating and garnishing cooked items, and preparing appropriate garnishes for broiled or roasted foods. All stocks and meat fabrication. Responsible for maintaining a sanitary kitchen work station.

Fry/sauté Cook
Responsible for all fried or sautéed items prepared in the kitchen of a foodservice establishment. Portions and prepares food items prior to cooking. Other duties include preparing batter or breading, plating and garnishing cooked items. Sauce work, all vegetable preparation.
Requirements
Proven working experience as a culinarian
