We are seeking passionate Line Cooks to join our culinary team and support our dynamic food outlets, including The Grove Restaurant, Living Room, and Pool & Beach. Position SummaryThe Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to established recipes and standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect the energy and creativity of the W brand.
Key Responsibilities-
Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines

Work various stations including sauté, grill, garde manger, fry, and pantry as assigned

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines

Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and temperature control

Communicate effectively with culinary leadership and front-of-house teams

Support service during high-volume periods while maintaining quality and consistency

Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and receiving as needed

Uphold W South Beach standards for quality, safety, and professionalism

Previous line cook experience in a hotel, restaurant, or high-volume kitchen preferred

Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and kitchen equipment

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality

Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Culinary school experience is a plus but not required

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $24.00)
