Saverne—a wood-fired modern brasserie from Gabriel Kreuther, the celebrated chef of his two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Bryant Park—is opening in the heart of Hudson Yards on the ground floor of The Spiral. Inspired by the historic town of Saverne in the Bas-Rhin region of Alsace, the restaurant showcases dramatic live-fire cooking, open grills, and seasonal ingredients in a refined yet approachable setting.
We are seeking skilled, driven, and disciplined Line Cooks to join our opening Back-of-House team. This role is ideal for cooks who are passionate about craft, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and take pride in consistency, precision, and teamwork. Experience in Michelin-starred or fine-dining kitchens is strongly preferred.
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2+ years of professional kitchen experience

Prior experience in fine dining or Michelin-recognized kitchens preferred

Strong understanding of classic techniques and modern execution

Ability to work confidently with live-fire cooking and open-kitchen environments

Responsibilities
