The Clocktower, located within the New York EDITION, offers modern cuisine with a distinct U.K. sensibility—bringing the spirit of contemporary London to the edge of Madison Square Park. This 90-seat gastronomic gem features three intimate dining rooms, a dedicated billiards room, and a vibrant bar adorned entirely in 24k gold leaf. Each space has its own personality, creating a refined yet lively dining experience.

Our menu reimagines classic British fare through simple, satisfying plates with thoughtful refinement, complemented by an inspired, award-winning wine program featuring a 250-bottle selection from both Old and New World producers.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Polisher to support our service team by ensuring all glassware, silverware, and plateware are maintained to the highest standards of presentation.

Qualifications:

• The ability to work a full-time schedule, primarily evening (PM) shifts, with availability for morning (AM) shifts as needed (approximately 1 - 2 times per week)
• Professional, reliable, and punctual with the ability to follow direction
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities, including cleaning, polishing, and restocking delicate glassware, silverware, and plateware
• Comfortable standing for the duration of a shift (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
