Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of sushi rolls for daily buffet service
- Work independently and manage prep, production, and presentation
- Ensure freshness, quality, and consistent portioning
- Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Set up and break down sushi station daily
- Monitor ingredients and communicate needs for ordering Requirements:
- Prior experience as a sushi chef (roll-focused experience preferred)
- Ability to work alone and manage time efficiently
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $30.00)
