Chef Ladner’s return to the very kitchen where his culinary journey began is nothing short of momentous. Building on his celebrated work at Lupa and Del Posto — where he earned two Michelin stars and a four-star New York Times review — his reimagined menu will honor Italy’s rich regional traditions through his unique and visionary lens. This is paired with a world-class wine program featuring benchmark producers and rare, cellar-worthy gems.

Desired qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in upscale or find dining restaurants demonstrating a strong foundation in high-quality service
- The ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule for dinner shifts, including weekend availability is preferred
- Enthusiastic about providing exceptional dining experiences and exceeding guest expectations
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to create positive personal interactions
- The ability to clearly articulate the food and beverage menus with confidence
- Prior experience with POS systems preferred
- Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and comprehension.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.35) plus tips
