The In-Room Dining Server at The Manner delivers a refined, personalized dining experience within the privacy of our guests’ rooms. This role requires impeccable service standards, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities-
Provide warm, discreet, and highly personalized in-room dining service aligned with boutique luxury standards

Accurately take guest orders via telephone or digital platforms, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and wine or beverage pairings

Offer thoughtful recommendations and accommodate special requests, dietary preferences, and allergies with care and precision

Coordinate closely with culinary and service teams to ensure timely, seamless delivery of orders

Present and serve food and beverages with polished, elegant table setup and attention to visual detail

Maintain discretion and professionalism while interacting with guests in private settings

Ensure accuracy of orders, proper billing, and completion of required payment procedures

Promptly retrieve trays and equipment while respecting guest privacy

Maintain pristine condition of service carts, storage areas, and workspaces
-
Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and service protocols

Uphold the hotel’s brand values, service philosophy, and commitment to exceptional guest experiences

Prior experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or boutique hotel environments preferred

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine, spirits, and service etiquette

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide intuitive, personalized service

Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent service standards

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and maneuver service carts

Ability to lift and carry trays and equipment (up to 50 lbs)
