Key Responsibilities
✔ Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and standards
✔ Assist in preparing pasta, sauces, proteins, pizzas, and daily specials
✔ Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards
✔ Help keep the kitchen organized, clean, and efficient during service
✔ Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Requirements
✅ Prior experience as a line cook or in a professional kitchen (Italian cuisine a plus)
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
✅ Passion for food quality and consistency
✅ Team player with a positive, professional attitude
✅ Food handler’s certification is preferred
