Host

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests as they arrive and seating them promptly and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate waitlists and reservations, and communicating any wait times to guests.
• Handling stressful interactions and situations, including managing guest complaints and resolving conflicts in a calm and professional manner.
• Maintaining a clean and organized host stand, including keeping menus and other materials up to date and organized.
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times, and demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent customer service. 

• At least 3 year of experience as a Host.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and make them feel welcome.
• Ability to handle stressful interactions and situations, and to resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner.
• Proactive work ethic, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they become problems.
• Strong social skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
