Floor Manager

FIGO Il Gelato Italiano is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead one of our gelato locations in New York.

• Manage daily store operations

• Supervise, train, and schedule staff

• Ensure excellent customer service at all times

• Oversee opening and closing procedures

• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards

• Handle basic inventory control and cash management

• Support sales growth and team performance

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a manager in a gelato shop, café, ice cream shop, or similar food service business

• Proven ability to manage and motivate staff

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Ability to work weekends and holidays

• Knowledge of gelato or dessert service is a strong plus

• English required (Italian is a plus)
