Our team is passionate about excellence — from the first greeting to the final course. We’re currently seeking a Floor Manager who brings leadership, finesse, and a sharp eye for detail to our front-of-house operations.
Role Summary:
As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service flow, and maintaining the highest level of hospitality. You’ll support staff training, handle guest relations, and actively contribute to the day-to-day execution of an unforgettable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise FOH staff and maintain smooth service during all meal periods
- Monitor table status, guest flow, and service timing
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching for hosts, servers, runners, and bussers
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and promptness
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure consistent execution
- Maintain floor presence to lead by example and support team needs in real-time
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and assist in scheduling and labor control
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of FOH areas
- Work closely with General Manager and AGM to uphold brand standards and service consistency
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of floor management experience in high-volume, upscale dining
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Exceptional guest service and conflict-resolution ability
- Experience with POS and reservation systems (SevenRooms a plus)
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A calm, confident presence on the floor, even under pressure
- Bilingual is a plus
