This spring, we’re introducing The Blossom Garden—a seasonal pop-up inspired by Japanese sakura blossoms and springtime renewal. It’s an exciting fusion of South American flavors with Japanese influences, adding a fresh and dynamic experience for our guests.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a passionate and guest-focused Server to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, guest-driven environment, has a deep understanding of hospitality, and brings warmth and professionalism to every table. If you’re a service-minded professional who enjoys creating memorable experiences and connecting with guests, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of DC’s most vibrant dining spaces.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver Exceptional Service – Provide a warm, welcoming experience for every guest, from menu guidance to ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Menu Knowledge – Develop a deep understanding of the food and beverage menus, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
• Anticipate Guest Needs – Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and provide thoughtful recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Order Accuracy & Timing – Take and deliver orders promptly and accurately, ensuring the highest level of service and consistency.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to create a seamless and elevated dining experience.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Professionalism – Ensure tables, service stations, and the overall dining area are clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Upselling & Recommendations – Confidently recommend dishes and drinks to elevate the guest experience and drive sales.
What You Bring
• Passion for Hospitality – A genuine love for food, drink, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Experience in a High-Volume Setting – Minimum 1 year of experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Attention to Detail & Speed – Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong Communication & Teamwork – Thrives in a collaborative, guest-driven environment.
• Bilingual Preferred – Spanish is a plus but not required.
