Ten11 Lounge & Bar is seeking an experienced and service-driven Captain (Floor Captain) to oversee daily floor operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a fast-paced lounge environment.

• Oversee floor operations during service and ensure smooth execution

• Lead, support, and coordinate servers, bussers, and hosts

• Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction

• Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

• Assist with table management, reservations, and service flow

• Communicate effectively with management, kitchen, and bar teams

• Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and properly set

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or lounge

• Strong knowledge of service standards and hospitality operations

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
