Front of House Staff

About the Role

As a Café Associate, you’ll play an essential part in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. You’ll rotate through a variety of stations, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service from open to close.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, positive attitude
• Prepare and serve beverages as a skilled barista, following recipes and presentation standards
• Handle cashiering duties, including taking orders, processing payments, and balancing the register
• Assist with food expo, ensuring orders are accurate and beautifully presented
• Support opening and closing tasks, including setup, cleaning, restocking, and maintaining café standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to keep the café running efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for hospitality and teamwork
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Reliability and attention to detail
• Previous café, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person!
• Availability for flexible shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
