Job Details
Leland Eating and Drinking House is seeking a bread baker to join our team. Leland promotes sustainable hand-made cuisine while supporting local farms, creating natural and healthy food without forgoing flavor. We are currently looking for people who have a magnetic personality, that care about hospitality and are passionate about natural food and beverage. Bread experience is a plus and you must be able to work weekends and some holidays. General requirements:
- Motivated, hard working, enthusiastic, team player
- Strong knowledge and interest in food
- Passion to reduce waste, recycling and composting
- Availability to work days and weekends
- NYC Food Protection Certificate Card Holder a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Sense of humor and positive attitude
- Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation guidelines of NYDOH and
maintain a letter A grade.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $19.00)
