Assistant Server

Park Rose, a new restaurant from Renwick Hospitality (Lindens, Altair, Lulla, Foxtail), is seeking a Server Assistants to join our team.

Inspired by the gardens of Rose Hill, Park Rose is a modern American-Italian restaurant designed to be an energetic neighborhood favorite—uplifted by the quality of its food, cocktails, and service. We aim to be a go-to spot for locals in NoMad and beyond, while also serving as a destination for special moments, vibrant hospitality, and exceptional meals.

As a Server Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the floor team and ensuring every guest experience feels seamless and elevated. Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and maintain the dining room before, during, and after service—because consistency in execution begins with a well-set stage.

• Support servers and bartenders actively, anticipating needs and jumping in with grace. Team prioritization means no one works alone.

• Deliver water, bread, and shareable items with warmth and efficiency, creating golden moments through thoughtful touches.

• Clear and reset tables with care, contributing to a superb guest experience that feels polished and intentional.

• Communicate with the kitchen and expo team, ensuring pacing and presentation meet our standards of exceptional quality.

• Stay engaged and observant, finding solutions before problems arise and helping the team stay one step ahead.

• Show up on time, maintain cleanliness, and bring your best self daily—because being better than yesterday is part of our culture.

• Contribute your unique personality, whether through a warm greeting, a quick assist, or a shared laugh with the team.

• Minimum availability of 4–5 days per week, including weekends and holidays

• Completion of Renwick Hospitality standards training
