After only four years in operation, Maison Nico is consistently recognized as one of the best, winning the “best croissant” competition and listed as a top bakery by Eater, the SF Chronicle, and San Francisco Magazine.  With its dual specializations in sweet and savory, Maison Nico is able to appeal to a broad audience and has been recognized for its pâté en croûte by publications such as the New York Times and New York Times Magazine.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide our guests a memorable experience in line with Brand Standards.
• Work closely with others to maintain a neat and tidy workspace. 
• Become a product expert and showing enthusiasm for our niche offerings such as Pâté en Croûte, Viennoiserie, and Pastry.
• Provide a genuine sense of interest in our guests experience in a high volume work, fast paced work environment. 

• Hospitality first mindset - Consistently display expertise in Maison Nico hospitality and embody warmth and genuine interest in our guests as well as our team.
• Someone who believes in and appreciates what we do at Maison Nico.
• Foundational knowledge of French food and French and California wines.
• 2 years experience working in a restaurant preferred but not required.
• 1 year working with coffee, espresso, preferred but not required.
