Park Rose – Now Hiring Hosts
Park Rose, a new restaurant from Renwick Hospitality (Lindens, Altair, Lulla, Foxtail), is opening early October and seeking Hosts to join our opening team.
Inspired by the gardens of Rose Hill, Park Rose is a modern American Italian restaurant designed to be an energetic neighborhood favorite—uplifted by the quality of its food, cocktails, and service. We aim to be a go-to spot for locals in Nomad and beyond, while also serving as a destination for special moments, vibrant hospitality, and exceptional meals.
Hosts at Park Rose are the first point of contact for every guest—and the heartbeat of the floor. We’re looking for individuals who bring warmth, precision, and a deep commitment to hospitality in every interaction.
What You’ll Do
As a Host, you’ll help shape the guest experience from the moment they walk through the door. Responsibilities include:

Greet guests with poise and positivity, setting the tone for their visit and showcasing Park Rose through genuine hospitality.

Seat guests according to the floor plan, balancing pacing, flow, and guest preferences. Strive for exceptional quality in every transition.

Support management in creating and adjusting the nightly floor plan, and share relevant updates during pre-shift meetings. Understanding of goals includes knowing the “why” behind the layout.

Take phone numbers for walk-ins, ensuring we can add guests to OpenTable accounts for future marketing and outreach. We find solutions that build long-term relationships.

Answer phones with warmth and clarity, assisting guests with room service requests, restaurant information, and general inquiries. Superb guest experiences begin with thoughtful communication.

Assist with water service and table resets, supporting the floor team during busy moments. Team prioritization means stepping in wherever needed.

Manage waitlists and reservations via OpenTable, communicating accurate wait times and updates with grace and transparency.

Stay observant and proactive, anticipating guest needs and creating golden moments through small gestures and thoughtful timing.

Learn and uphold Renwick Hospitality’s service standards, adapting as we evolve through opening. Being better than yesterday means embracing growth and refinement.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum availability of 4–5 days per week, including weekends and holidays

Completion of Renwick Hospitality standards training

A willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a special team

Comfort with OpenTable and basic phone/email communication
