Job Details

Pizzeria Beddia is looking for a moderately experienced AM prep cook who can assist in baking, rolling dough and making dough in large batches. Must be organized and work clean. We are a small and tight knit restaurant in Fishtown. Our menu is a thoughtful collection of pizza, salads and small plates served alongside biodynamic wines. We value quality ingredients and quality people. We believe pizza is deceptively simple and requires dedication to perfection. Our team has a strong bond and work together to make excellent, award winning food.

Weekend availability is a must with a four day work week (8-10 hour days) option. Full time employees are eligible for health/dental insurance and paid vacation. As an employee of Beddia, enjoy company dining benefits from Defined Hospitality (Picnic, Kalaya, Suraya, Condesa, R+D Cocktail Lounge).

Pizzeria Beddia is a part of Defined Hospitality, the team behind Suraya, R&D and Condesa.

The menu is concise, yet delicious with a focus on having the best pizza while adding in some other small dishes. The bar program features natural wines on draft, by glass and bottle as well as draft cocktails and beer. Dinner service is 7 days per week and has a lively atmosphere with roughly 100 seats including outdoor space and a full horseshoe shaped bar.
