A well-established, high-volume full-service restaurant in the Berwyn, IL market is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations, develop strong teams, and drive exceptional guest experiences. • Provide hands-on leadership to all FOH & BOH departments to ensure seamless daily operations.

• Hire, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams with a focus on retention and culture.

• Maintain exceptional guest service standards and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.

• Oversee scheduling, labor control, and inventory management to achieve financial targets.

• Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to uphold quality, consistency, and efficiency.

• Implement systems and operational best practices to enhance productivity and elevate the guest experience.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

• 3–5+ years of General Manager or AGM experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.

• Proven success in operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial management.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with training, coaching, and team development.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• ServSafe Manager certification preferred.
