We are looking for eager individuals to join our Wonderful Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidates will be trained professionals who can provide top-level
service to match the level of cuisine and the quality of the products we serve. We are looking for individuals who communicate well, are dependable, and enthusiastic. The candidates will have a passion for food and beverage equally and understand how to read a guest properly to ensure quality service, leaving a lasting impression and memorable experience.  

 REQUIREMENTS: 

· Serving experience in an upscale market 

· Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage (wine and champagne knowledge is a plus) 

· To ensure all allergy procedures are followed at all times 

· Must understand how to use POS programs such as Micros 

· Must be open to working AM shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays 

· Has a keen sense of attention to detail, making sure tables are served and bussed properly 

· Able to work well under pressure during times of high-volume service 

· Personal punctuality 

· Exceptional upselling techniques  

· Promote Firmdale Brand and properties 

· To take personal responsibility for punctuality
