Elske Restaurant is looking for a full time bartender to work with Violet Hour opening bartender Kyle Davidson's beverage program. Elske frequently changes all of its menus and we want to push ourselves and our restaurant to be the best it can be. We will be training in the classic techniques of all aspects of beverage and service.
Ideal candidate has high volume and fine dining experience, and a refined cocktail palate.
The Bartender at Elske must:
Set up the bar for service including all prep for the cocktail menu and the tasting menu juice pairing.
Execute cocktails with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
Know floor service enough to be able to serve dining guests at the bar with the same level of technical service as the floor.
Understand the wine list and be able to navigate pairing and bottle order questions.
Balance bar guests with service bar efficiently.
Creative input is encouraged and all owners and managers are dedicated to teaching and explaining any aspects of the business that employees are looking to explore.
