Laroot World is seeking skilled Lead Line Cooks who care about quality, culture, nutrition, and purpose-driven cooking. You’ll work under a supportive leadership team building a new hospitality model focused on nourishment and community impact.
Responsibilities-
Execute dishes with consistency + speed

Prepare nutrient-rich, culturally rooted, deeply satisfying food

Support prep, production, and service

Maintain organized, clean stations + follow SOPs

Help guide junior cooks and uphold standards

2–4+ years line cook experience
