James Beard Award Winning Chef Fabio Trabocchi is now hiring Line Cooks for his flagship and Michelin-starred restaurant, Fiola, centrally located between the White House and the Capitol. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of line cook experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant/luxury hotel required
  • An appetite for providing memorable hospitality 
  • Excellent emotional self-awareness under pressure
  • Gracious and pleasant demeanor with a positive attitude
  • Profressional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant

Benefits Offered:

  • Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants offers full-time employees company subsidized health insurance.  A full-time employee must work on average 30 hours per week to qualify for health insurance benefits.  Coverage begins on the first of the month after the 60th day of employment.  The insurance enrollment period is between 30 and 90 days of employment.

Compensation: Hourly ($21.00 - $23.00)
