Gosh is a new restaurant and bar opening this January 2026 in the heart of Chinatown, NYC, and we’re building a passionate, tight-knit kitchen team from the ground up. We're currently hiring Line Cooks and Prep Cooks who are excited to help bring something new to life from day one.
The menu will be broadly european with asian influence—seasonal, intentional, and interesting. As part of our opening team, you'll play a key role in shaping the food, systems, and culture that define Gosh.
