Responsibilities
- Servers:
- Provide exceptional guest experience
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely service
- Guide guests through the menu and beverage offerings
- Take accurate orders and ensure seamless dining experiences
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu
- Work efficiently in a high-paced environment
- Guide guests through menus with confidence and enthusiasm
- Contribute to a positive team culture
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
- Be a proactive team player—support your teammates to ensure seamless service
- Knowledge of natural Spanish wine a plus
- Knowledge of Toast a plus
Server Requirements:
- 2+ years of restaurant experience in the hospitality industry
- Fine dining experience preferred
- Must have excellent knowledge of fine dining room and service procedures and functions
- Outstanding guest service skills
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be a team player/work well with others
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Server Assistants:
- Support servers in delivering excellent guest experiences
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Ensure table maintenance
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the server stations.
- Assist in food running as needed
- Keep service stations stocked and organized
- Communicate with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth coordination of food service and guest satisfaction.
- Previous barista experience a plus
- Runners:
- Deliver food orders efficiently and accurately
- Communicate between the kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Ensure timely service
- Maintain an organized and clean expo area
- Assist in explaining dishes to guests when necessary
Server Assistant and Runner Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility with hours, including evenings and weekends.
