QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent knife skills
- Consistency
- ServSafe Sanitation Certificate required before starting
- 2+ years hotline experience and set-up/breakdown of various stations
- Showing up on time and ready to work and a healthy attitude and respect other employees
- Keeping clean knives, tools, and station; experience cleaning kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and tilt skillets
- Must be able to work weekday and weekend day and night shifts (kitchen closes at 10 pm)
- Must be 21+ years of age

- First interview: 15min call/Facetime with our Kitchen Manager and GM
- Second interview: In-person interview with Kitchen Manager and GM
- Third Round: Paid Stage Shifts
THE JOB
- 30-35 Hours
- Sunday: 9 AM - 5 PM (8hrs)
- Monday: 4 PM - 9:30 PM (5.5hrs)
- Tuesday: 3 PM - 9:30 PM (6.5hrs)
- Wednesday: 4 PM - 9:30 PM (5.5hrs)
- Thursday: 4 PM - 10:30 PM (6.5hrs)
