What we are looking for:
- Knowledge of basic bar components and tools
- Basic knowledge of spirits
- Basic knowledge of preparing and producing garnishes for drinks
- Ability to read and modify recipes to scale
- Ability to work at a fast past while maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
- Ability to carry heavy weight
- Open to taking direction while work closely alongside team members
- Strong communication skills to relay needs of establishment to management to complete tasks
