Oriana is the latest venture from Chef Andy Quinn and Sommelier Cedric Nicaise, an evolution of The Noortwyck and a new expression of their shared vision. The restaurant is slated to open in late January or early February.

As a member of our Assistant Server team, you will work side by side with our Captains, Sommelier and Bar Team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, food and beverage.

Responsibilities:
• Anticipate guests needs and ensure constant communication with the management, dining room and kitchen during service.
• Follow steps of service with efficiency and a sense of urgency.
• Have a detailed knowledge of our food and beverage program.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the restaurant at all times.
What we look for:
• Available to work weekends
• 1+ years experience in a guest-facing restaurant role preferred
• English fluency
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs
• Positive team-first attitude
• Commitment to education and learning
