Roanoke Hospitality is looking for experienced and service-driven Bartenders to join our team at 101 Club, our newest concept.
About 101 Club:
101 Club is a vibrant and refined dining destination, located near the Magnificent Mile. Our menu draws inspiration from the multicultural cuisines and rich culinary traditions of the Mediterranean, Spain, Portugal, and Morocco. The space features views of Willis Tower, a stunning rooftop terrace, and an elegant 3-season patio.
101 Club includes the following spaces: Restaurant, Patio, Rooftop, and private events

What You’ll Do:
As a Bartender, you are an essential part of the guest experience. Your role includes:

Providing warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service

Guiding guests through menu and beverage options with confidence and enthusiasm

Taking accurate orders and ensuring timely food and drink delivery

Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service

Anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns with professionalism
Qualifications:
-
2 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
-
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service

Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
-
Commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for 5–10 hours per shift
-
Safely transport food and beverages across varying surfaces
-
Lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 lbs
-
Work in both indoor and outdoor settings, including variable temperatures and ventilation
-
Tolerate higher noise levels in a busy dining environment
