Senior Line Cook

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Cook items according to standardized recipes and systems that ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and efficiency
• Work various stations during service and expedite as needed and directed.
• Follow systems and SOPs to drive operational efficiency and consistency
• Responsible for food quality and consistency of menu items during service to ensure guest satisfaction

Required skills and expertise:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a line cook in a high-end, full service restaurant.
• Demonstrated culinary and knife skills.
• Possess a valid food safety certification and knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
• Must be able to lift/carry items up to 50 lbs. And push items up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time, with frequent bending, twisting, squatting and reaching above shoulders.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and service excellence
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

The pay range for this position is $20.00-$22.00 per hours and based upon experience. Benefits include health insurance for full time equivalent employees, 401(k), and dining discounts.
