Our French Bistro is seeking a Wine Director to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact with the Corporate Beverage Director to oversee and manage our wine program.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Corporate Beverage Director to maintain and enhance the wine list.

Manage by-the-glass (BTG) re-orders and oversee monthly inventory.

Provide wine service for private parties and special events.

Contribute your expertise and preferences to the ongoing development of the wine list.

Share in cellar and administrative pay, as well as pooled tips.

Fulfill Captain responsibilities alongside our other captains.
About the Wine List: Our curated selection features over 300 classic French wines, with exceptional depth and age in Bordeaux and Burgundy, complemented by a thoughtful range of international selections.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.00 - $30.00) plus tips
