The Wilkes Brentwood is a neighborhood restaurant and lounge serving
craft comfort food classics.

The Wilkes relies on the strength of our community: our Team members who work tirelessly to make sure every experience is an exceptional one, our guests who support us with their patronage, and our suppliers who bring us the best ingredients our region has to offer.

We are committed to creating memorable moments for everyone
through respect, consistency, and excellence.

We buy ingredients from the Santa Monica Farmers Market. Our menu showcases the bounties of the seasons, with signature dishes and specials that change frequently. We compost, recycle, and operate sustainably.

Our “People-First approach” means Team members and guests are valued and respected, with Front-of House and Back of House a harmonious unit. Learn the names of every member of your Wilkes Family. Get to know something about each of them. We support each other first so we can pass on the hospitality to our guests.

We know this job is not always going to be easy. Nevertheless, we bring our best selves to work every day, we own our actions, and we find solutions to every challenge.

At The Wilkes, we are here for you…to support you at work, help you to grow, and give you the tools you need to find success and fulfillment.
