After is a high-energy, high-standards cocktail bar where every detail matters. We’re looking for a Barback who moves with intention, supports the bar team with precision, and keeps the room running at its best.

What You’ll Do
  • Execute a disciplined opening routine: stock lowboys, batches, syrups, spirits, ice, and all bar essentials.
  • Maintain a spotless, organized bar throughout service while supporting bartenders with speed and accuracy.
  • Manage mid-service breakdowns discreetly—clean wells, consolidate bottles, restock, and keep service flowing.
  • Close down with the team: run tools to dish, consolidate trash and linens, and ensure the bar is polished and ready for the next day.
  • Stay guest-aware, calm, and communicative in a fast-moving environment.

  • Able to lift 40+ lbs and work late nights.
