Pinch Chinese, a Michelin Bib Gourmand, Michelin Sommelier Award Winner, and NY Times Critic's Pick restaurant, with over 300 bottle references, is looking for awesome Servers to immediately join our growing team!
To join our team, you should be a team player, self starter, and positive force. We enjoy each other's company as much as we enjoy delivering a quality experience for our guests. Previous experience in NYC casual/fine restaurants is required.
You should bring to the table:
- A minimum of 4 years experience serving in a high volume NYC restaurant or bar (and all the accompanying skills and knowledge!)
- Wine, beer and cocktail knowledge - no certifications necessary but prior working knowledge of beverage is crucial
- Skills we'd love for you to have if not teach to you: inventory management, wine list maintenance, staff training
- Positive, team forward attitude
- The ability to lift 30 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- 3 references, including at least 1 from your most recent hospitality position
- The ability to work weekends AM/PM
