Job Details

Emeril’s Restaurant has held the Wine Spectator Grand Award since 1999.  We are seeking a Sommelier with particular expertise in managing a wine program to include maintaining the wine list, wine sales and marketing, as well as wine inventory and staff education. The Sommelier also has dining room management responsibilities during service.  2-3 years managerial experience in white tablecloth, fine dining and comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage are required. Candidates must have enthusiastic sense of hospitality with professional, friendly demeanor.  Devotion to customer service and positive employee relations abilities are essential.  Benefits include:
