Charlotte Patisserie is expanding to Chelsea, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, skilled Baristas to join our opening team. If you love great coffee, beautiful pastries, and creating warm guest experiences, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:

Craft espresso and specialty drinks with consistency and care

Provide warm, attentive customer service

Learn our menu of French-inspired pastries and beverages

Maintain a clean and organized bar area

Support the team in creating a welcoming, stylish café atmosphere

Previous barista or café experience required

Strong communication and hospitality skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Availability for mornings, weekends, and opening-week training
