BUSY SOHO RESTAURANT SEEKING SERVER ASSISTANT FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE:
Roscioli offers employees the opportunity to work with quality Italian cuisine & wine/spirits in a
respectful, safe, professional work environment, with a management team uniquely invested in the
growth and success of all team members.
Server Assistant Responsibilities include:
• Assist the server with each guest’s dining experience from start to finish. Multitask between
bussing, running, and ensuring all service stations are stocked and maintained
• Describe and educate guests confidently on all elements of the menu (food and beverage) and
restaurant
• Maintain a clean dining room and restaurant and adhere to all health and safety standards
Server Assistant Requirements include:
• Ability to multi-task and perform in high-volume, high-intensity restaurant
• Demonstrate a warm, friendly, high-energy personality with a positive attitude and open-minded
and team-oriented mindset
• Strong background in full-service dining and knowledge of service standards
• Highly organized, efficient, and meticulous with attention to detail on all operational matters
• Flexible schedule and open availability (full-time) to meet business needs
Compensation:
Minimum wage per hour, plus tips
Full-time
Required Experience:
Wine Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Restaurant: 2 years (Preferred)
