Hospitality Manager

Upscale Casual • Latin-Inspired • Multi-Unit Growth

Buenavista, a rapidly expanding upscale-casual restaurant group in Manhattan, is seeking an experienced General Manager / Area Manager to lead daily operations and support the growth of multiple locations. We are looking for a polished, hospitality-driven leader who thrives in a high-energy environment and is passionate about delivering standout guest experiences.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional who wants to join a growing brand with real upward mobility.

$100,000 – $115,000 base salary
+ Performance Bonus (up to 10–12%)

Compensation may increase based on:

• Multi-unit oversight responsibilities

• P&L management and financial performance

• Food, beverage, and wine knowledge

• Experience in new store openings

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs

• Lead daily FOH operations with professionalism and strong floor presence

• Maintain high service standards and ensure a seamless guest experience

• Oversee multiple locations and support consistency in brand execution

• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members across departments

• Support scheduling, staffing, and performance management

• Coordinate with culinary and bar teams to ensure operational readiness

• Monitor sales, drive revenue targets, and support promotional initiatives

• Ensure dining room ambiance, cleanliness, and table setups meet brand standards

• Manage guest relations and resolve issues with professionalism

• Assist with inventory oversight and ensure product availability

• 3–5 years of experience as a GM, AGM, or multi-unit manager in an upscale casual or fine dining environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

• A polished, professional appearance suitable for an elevated dining atmosphere

• Solid understanding of wine, cocktails, and guest service fundamentals

• Ability to stay calm, organized, and solutions-focused during high-volume service

• Hands-on work ethic—willing to jump in wherever needed

• Strong operational awareness and ability to execute consistently
