High volume, high energy and long standing restaurant in Irvine is looking for a strong sous chef to join the team.
This sous chef must have worked in larger and busy restaurants serving high quality food. This is a hands on position where you will be working side by side with your crew to ensure each plate is on point. This is a large kitchen and crew so a high energy, focused sous chef is what is needed to keep the everything going.
You must have some experience with ordering, inventory, maybe some scheduling. You will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the prep crew and line cooks as well as help with production and oversee the line during services. A past of longevity at your prior jobs is a must.
