Corporate Services Director – Fine Dining Michelin Restaurant Group
$140,000 - $160,000 + Bonus

Your Role with the Company:
The Corporate Services Director is responsible for overseeing all service standards, including:
- Provide hands-on leadership in the flagship restaurant, maintaining a strong floor presence to ensure service standards, guest experience, and operational excellence
- Oversee recruitment, training, development, and performance management of front-of-house teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Manage financial performance, including P&L oversight, budgeting, and cost controls to support profitability and long-term growth
- Support new restaurant openings, guiding service training, systems, and standards to ensure seamless launches
- Conduct regular visits to each property to evaluate service standards, reinforce training, and provide ongoing support to local leadership teams
- Partner with licensees to maintain brand integrity, ensuring consistency in service, culture, and guest experience across all operations
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of FOH Management experience at a 2 or 3-starred Michelin establishment
- Proven leadership experience with strong floor presence and ability to set tone for service excellence
- Exceptional service and hospitality skills, with a background in training, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated success overseeing service standards, financial performance, and people management
- Charismatic and disciplined leader who earns respect quickly, inspires passion, and cultivates a culture of excellence
- Ability to collaborate with licensees and partners to ensure consistent service standards and brand integrity
