The Opportunity: Line Cook
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our dedicated culinary brigade. This is a critical role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standards fine dining setting. Prior experience in a recognized fine dining environment is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities

Execution Excellence: Prepare all mise en place and menu items consistently to the Head Chef’s exact specifications and quality standards, including sauces, proteins, and intricate garnishes.

Station Mastery: Efficiently and cleanly operate a specific station (e.g., Sauté, Grill, Garde Manger) during service, ensuring speed and precision under pressure.

Quality Control: Monitor plate presentation and temperature, ensuring every dish meets Serata’s standards before leaving the pass.

Organization and Sanitation: Maintain an impeccably clean and organized work area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues and the Chef to ensure smooth, synchronized service flow.
Qualifications & Requirements

MANDATORY: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a verifiable fine dining or Michelin-starred establishment.

Proven ability to handle high-volume, high-pressure dinner services with speed and composure.

Expert knowledge of classic and contemporary cooking techniques, including butchery, sauce work, and vegetable preparation.

Strong understanding of kitchen equipment, safety protocols, and proper food storage/handling.
