Job Details

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who wants to flourish in an environment full of passionate talents.

Currently looking for a line cook to fill the position of the grill station. 

Line Cook is responsible for every aspect of preparing high-quality dishes according to menu specifications, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Line cook reports to the sous chef.

Daily expectations include but not limited to:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and specifications.
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
  • Ensure that food preparation and cooking areas are clean and sanitized.
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish ingredients as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate food orders.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures and safety protocols.
  • Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of food, utensils, and equipment.
  • Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment as needed.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and sanitation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Assist with training new kitchen staff members as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar role preferred.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
**Legal authorization to work in USA is a must**

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $21.00)
