As a Pastry Lead Cook, you will assist in overseeing the pastry team members and preparing dessert items for our guests to enjoy. You will work hands-on with employees to develop their food passion, produce unique pastries, and ensure the kitchen is operating smoothly. Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience working as a pastry cook in multi-faceted food service facilities and venues, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs
- Demonstrated experience with plated dessert preparation, presentation, and innovation
- Experience in creating a wide variety of desserts and pastries, with a focus on creativity and an unwavering commitment to exceptional flavor
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery
- Experience in a training-related role
- Associate degree in pastry arts
