About the Role

Schedule: Full-time (45 hours per week)

Shifts: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Days Off: Saturdays & Sundays

Responsibilities

● Oversee daily operations of the juice and smoothie bar

● Manage and schedule team members to ensure smooth service flow ● Handle ordering, stocking, and inventory management of fresh produce and supplies ● Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards for all menu items ● Build and nurture relationships with vendors and suppliers

● Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards ● Deliver outstanding customer service and create an inviting guest experience ● Assist with menu development, seasonal specials, and sales initiatives
