Job Details
We are currently seeking NYC-based participants to enroll in our research study. This study will examine how cooking emissions exposures in a western style restaurant impacts worker health.
You may be eligible if you answer YES to the following:
- Work in an American, European, Latin, or Western style restaurant.
- Willing to donate urine.
- Willing to travel to an NYU Langone Health research site in Manhattan.
What will the study involve?
We are conducting short laboratory visits to administer a questionnaire and collect urine and lung function data through short tests.
Visits take place at our office in Midtown East. Visits take less than 1 hour.
*Each participant will receive modest financial compensation as a thank you for being in the study.*
