Position Overview
The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing all back-of-house operations, including menu development, food quality, kitchen staff leadership, inventory management, and food safety compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications

2–5+ years of culinary leadership experience (Head Chef or Sous Chef)

Strong understanding of seasonal and scratch cooking

Knowledge of food costing, ordering systems, and BOH management

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Fast-paced kitchen with long periods of standing
