Fox & the knife which was just recently awarded a Bib Gourmand designation by the Michelin Guide in its inaugural year in the City of Boston, is searching for Line Cooks to join their team

Food & Wine Best New Restaurant and 2020 James Beard Best New Restaurant award nominee, Fox & the Knife, the South Boston restaurant from James Beard Award winner Chef Karen Akunowicz, is hiring for a line cook.

Guests step off the sidewalk of West Broadway (directly across from the Red Line) and into a modern-day enoteca, where details are reminiscent of the culture, food, and wine Chef Akunowicz came to love and embrace while she lived and traveled in Italy. This is her contemporary approach to this casual and energetic style of eatery — and it’s right in South Boston.

Ideal candidates approach their job with pride, cook from their hearts, and genuinely love to take care of their guests. Previous experience with Italian cuisine appreciated but not necessary. Uncompromising work ethic and attention to detail and cleanliness required.
