Post Haste is a New American cocktail bar and restaurant in the Fishtown/East Kensington area that focuses on sourcing locally and seasonally. We were named one of Esquire's best bars in the country in 2024 and Punch’s best new cocktail bars in 2023. Our concept is to create a world class cocktail bar and restaurant that highlights local producers by sourcing our ingredients as locally as possible. This means we don’t import any of our spirits, produce, protein or citrus, but instead support local farmers, distillers and makers.
Ari Miller is the executive chef developing a menu that is ingredient-driven, with a circular approach to ingredient usage and sustainable practices. His food program embodies our local & seasonal ethos with an emphasis on small farms and small businesses. In 2019 he was named "Chef of the Year" by Philadelphia Magazine for his inventive, ingredient-forward approach
We are looking to hire a server who has experience in an upscale-casual, high-volume restaurant and will embody our core values of local sourcing, sustainability, while providing memorable guest experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, passionate individual who wants to be part of a forward-thinking and fun restaurant / cocktail bar. We are looking for full time availability Wed-Sun.
